Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please review our refund guidelines below.

Eligible returns

Unopened, unused hair products in their original packaging may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

Custom orders, altered products, or items that show signs of use, washing, cutting, or installation are not eligible for refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us at hello@crownedghana.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Mobile money refunds may take additional time depending on your provider.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on stock availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
