Shipping Policy

We deliver across Ghana. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.

After you place your order, a member of our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your delivery address before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and address verification.

Greater Accra deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 business days. Orders outside Accra may take 3–7 business days depending on location and courier availability.

A delivery fee applies to all driver deliveries. The fee is displayed at checkout and included in your order total.

If we are unable to reach you at the confirmed address, we will attempt to contact you again. Repeated failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees.
